Sales / Bookings Coordinator
The Company
3i Consulting Group is a strategic relationship marketing agency that helps businesses to improve their customer experience and drive stronger loyalty. Our goal is to build a more effective strategy with our client by creating programs that will help their business grow and retain your customers and employees through education and corporate training.
We are currently operating from the UK, and provide our training to clients in the Middle East, East Africa, and Canada, with plans to continue expanding.
The Role
Remote -based, 5 days a week. Monday – Saturday. You will work every other Saturday with a day off during the week. 8-hour shifts between 9 am and 7 pm.
Duties:
– Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to potential training delegates in a timely manner.
– Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
– Effectively communicate, educate, and inform all learners on the 3i consulting corporate training course of their choice and available course dates.
– Ensure that all company sales invoices and documentation are accurately processed.
– Work with marketing and senior management to help promote the 3i consulting brand.
– Exceed personal/team/company qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
Experience Required:
– Sales and administration experience (3 years in the coprorate industry and/or Education preferred).
– Working with weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
– Experience using customer databases (CRM) and IT office applications.
